Anatoly Ivanovich Konenko (Russian: Анато́лий Ива́нович Коне́нко; 23 February 1954, Orsk) — is a microminiature painter from the Russian city of Omsk, in 1996 he was entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for creating the worlds smallest book. Konenko began his career in 1981, becoming the first microminiature artist in Siberia.
